Mr. Juan José Nieto Bueso
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Graduated in business studies at ICADE and holds an MBA from Middlessex University. Has taken post-graduate programs in executive management at Stanford University and in finance at the London Business School.
Mr. Nieto began his professional trajectory in banking in London where he worked at Natwest Group, Goldman Sachs and Bankers Trust. He left Bankers Trust as a Vice-President in 1997 to join Telefónica as a General Manager where he worked until 2002, when he left to join the CEO's office at Antena 3 Televisión and subsequently became Chairman of Telefónica Media.
He is currently CEO and Chairman of Palmera Capital y Servicios and Chairman of HSM. Mr. Nieto is a Director at ESADE University and the Media Planning Group.
Mr. Juan Antonio Samaranch Salisachs

Graduated in industrial engineering from Barcelona University and holds an MBA from NYU
He began his professional career as the head of accounts at International Flavours & Fragancies. Between 1985 and 1989 he was a Senior Associate at The First
Boston Corporation and subsequently held the position of Vice-President at S.G. Warburg España.
He is currently the CEO of GBS Finanzas, of which he is one of the founding partners. Mr. Samaranch is also a board member at Iberpistas, a member of the International
Olympic Committee and Vice-Chairman of the Royal Automobile Club of Catalonia (RACC).
D.Rafael López-Aparicio
CEO
Graduated in industrial engineering from the University of Koln, Mr. López-Aparacio holds a Masters in sales management from ICADE and has completed senior management programs at Colombia University and Penn State University.
Also the Group's General Manager, having acted as General Manager of Operations between 2001and 2004.
Before joining Service Point Solutions he was the General Manager of Digital Health Imaging at Eastman Kodak worldwide and the General Manager of emerging
markets for Eastman Kodak International Management.
