Matteo Buzzi

CFO of the SPS Group

Mr. Buzzi joined SPS in 1998 to head up investor relations as part of the corporate development team. His prior work experience was in venture capital. He has been CFO at the SPS Group since August 2005.

Javier Rigal

General Manager of Service Point Facilities Management Ibérica

Mr. Rigal joined SPFMI in 2002 as General Manager, after four years as head of consultancy business management and ERP implementation at Bull España and two years as a director for central Spain at Steria Ibérica.

Graduated in business studies from the Universidad Comercial de Deusto (Bilbao).

Jordi del Rosal

Finance Director of Service Point Facilities Management Ibérica

Joined SPFMI in 2000 as Controller. He is the Financial Director of the Spanish branch since 2003.

Economics and Business Graduate of the University of Barcelona.

Denis O´Regan

General Manager and Finance Director at Service Point UK Ltd

Mr. O'Regan joined SP UK in 2001 as the Director of Finance at the UK subsidiary. He had prior financial experience at other service providers. He has been General Manager and Finance Director since 2005.

Graduate in business studies (Univ. Cork) and a CIMA accountant.

Joanne Holding

General Manager and Director of Operations at Service Point UK Ltd

Ms. Holding joined SP UK in 1990 in the sales area after seven years' experience in the office products sector. By 1993 she was a regional head and by 1999 the head of nationwide sales. She has been General Manager and Director of Operations since 2005.

Bill Sullivan

General Manager and Director of Operations at Service Point USA Inc

Mr. Sullivan joined SP US in 1990 as regional manager in the sales department and by 2002 he had been appointed Vice-President of SP US. He has been General Manager and Director of Operations since 2005 and has 20 years experience in the sector.

Don Farquarson

Finance Director of Service Point USA Inc

Mr. Farquarson joined SP US in June 2006 as the Finance Director at the US subsidiary. He had prior financial experience at other service providers.

Benno Huebel

General Manager of Koebcke GmbH

He joined SPS in June 2006 as a result of the acquisition of 51% of Koebcke GmbH. He started his career at the InterContinental hotel chain in the UK and was subsequently a consultant at CII Group M.E. in Abu Dhabi. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Koebcke since 2002 and a partner since 2005.

Ruud Heersping

General Manager of Cendris Mail and Reprographics

Mr. Heersping joined SPS as General Manager of the Mail Room and Reprographics Department of SPS Holland following the acquisition of Cendris Document Management BV in October 2006.

He holds a Masters in business studies from the Rijks Groningen University. His began his career at KPN/TNT in 1987 where he held several positions. He joined Cendris in 1995 and became General Manager of Cendris Mail & Reprographics in 2005.

Dennis Stufkens

General Manager of Cendris Data Capture

Between 2000 and 2001 he was senior project manager (IT public services) at PinkRoccade/Getronics
From 2001 to 2003 he was regional manager at Mailprofs (mail services and reprographics outsourcing).
Between 2003 and 2006 he was General Manager for Cendris Data Capture and in 2006 was appointed General Manager of Cendris Document Management.
In 2007 he was appointed General Manager of Service Point Netherlands heading up the Operations and IT Departments.

A graduate in physics from the Royal Netherlands Naval College.

Ursula Nerland Vælitalo

CFO of Allkopi

Ursula joined Allkopi AS 1th of December 2006, before that she worked for 7 years in a security company in Norway. She is responsible for finance, Human Relations and administration in Allkopi.

Ursula holds a Master in finance and business administration.

Einar Clausen

CEO of Allkopi

Einar Clausen is CEO of Allkopi AS since 2003. He is also partner in DHT Corporate Services AS, specialising in management for hire, M&A work and turnaround of distressed companies. Previously Einar was CFO of the Umoe Group (oil, gas and offshore services) from 1991 to 2000.

Einar holds a M.Sc. in economy and business administration and also holds various board positions.

Christian Paulsen

VP Sales & Marketing of Allkopi

Paulsen joined Allkopi in February 2004 as Vice President Sales & Marketing. In 1988 Paulsen founded a PC assembling company that went public on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 1997. From year 2000 Paulsen worked as a consultant. He has worked in the graphic reproduction industry since 2003.
