Network Rail owns and operates the UK's rail infrastructure. The archiving team was selected to implement a review of best practices and a pilot programme to enhance the archival document process. Service Point and Network Rail's archiving team created an agile, accurate and cost-saving method to scan and electronically send over 2 million commercial documents to the customer's IT platform within a 7-week period.
